1. About the App

Souffl(é)r recipes is a personal recipe capture and management app operated by Maeva Vitela, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. The app allows users to photograph dishes, select ingredients, and use AI to generate structured recipes for personal use.

2. Account Registration

To use Souffl(é)r recipes, you must:

• Provide a valid name and email address during onboarding
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Content

Your content belongs to you. Recipes, photos, notes, and all content you create within Souffl(é)r recipes remain your intellectual property.

By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to:

• Process your content through our AI partner (Anthropic) solely for the purpose of generating structured recipes at your request
• Store your content locally on your device
• Display your content back to you within the app

We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not share, sell, or publish your recipes or photos to any third party, except as required by law.
